If there is one thing we have learnt during lockdown, it’s that a connection to the natural world is essential to our mental health.
Exploring my wellbeing through my surroundings has long been the core to my art practice. I need to be outdoors and in wild spaces to feel balanced and good. Even in a capital city like London, you can find corners of greenery that immediately lift the spirits.
